However, it was shifted by the other party just 4 days before the first scheduled court hearing on 15th February 2018 to 13th June 2018 without further explanation. Then a few days before that date, Frederic Laroche had to sack his lawyer due to a lack of cooperation from him, so that the court hearing was shifted to 29 November 2018.

Hello Dr Horton.. I am a big fan of yours..I also believe "most" of the matters that Mr Lighthouse exposed,..however, I am a bit skeptical in some other matters which I have come to understand based on observation and which were recently confirmed and validated by two friendly New York City Gang Stalkers. These revealed matters seem to clash with some of the claims that Mr Lighthouse has made regarding the presumed innocence of some people who seem to behave in perp like manner. A simple technology explains this and it is not the one that Mr Lighthouse mentions and exonerates real perps with.

There are active perps on active duty and there are perps on call either at all times or at times of their own choices. The "on call" perps, otherwise known as "being on the bug" in their language, is the norm rather than the exception. My two recent videos are self explanatory and their links are below:

Is Mr Lighthouse not aware of the matters that I have exposed and which were also witnessed by other TIs as well or is Mr Lighthouse engaging in some type of "Limited Hangout" practice whereby lies are being told as truths within a mixture of truths in order to be accepted as truths..? We see a lot of that being practiced so naturally we have to wonder,..especially since, under the circumstances presented and exposed here, this type of practice can be supported somewhat. I also note that Mr Lighthouse's repetitive references to the well known shill and charlatan Dr Greer are disturbing.

Please read my comments under both of my videos at the above links as well as all the comments made by all viewers up to date. I would like a response by both of you, if that possible but , most importantly, by Mr Lighthouse himself. If I have missed something that can link, in a rational, documented and scientifically supported manner, what I have exposed with what Mr Lighthouse claims please bring it forth with detail explanations and references please.

This video documents the protests, rallies, and awareness-raising activities that were held around the world on August 29, 2018, the First Annual Targeted Individual Day. The following text was taken from one of the three different public awareness-raising flyers distributed in Chicago. Have you heard about the so-called “sonic attacks” on U.S. diplomats in Cuba and China? Recently, dozens of U.S. diplomats serving in Cuba and China were harmed by covert energy-weapon attacks.

Early media reports attributed these incidents to mass hysteria, but the harm suffered by the diplomats (including traumatic brain injury without blunt force trauma) was later confirmed by medical diagnosis and MRI scans (C-SPAN, 2018; JAMA, 2018; Kuo, 2018). The victims described an audible component to the energy assaults, often a high-pitched ringing sound, which is a well-established effect of sufficiently powerful, pulsed microwave energy (Frey, 1962; Lin and Wang, 2007; Lin, 2017; Hambling, 2017a; Lin, 2018).
Are you aware that thousands of self-identifying “targeted individuals” have been alleging energy-weapon attacks domestically (Hambling, 2017b), and that they began doing so before any details of the events in Cuba and China were released to the public? For decades, radio frequency (including microwave) directed-energy weapons and through-wall radar devices have been under development for military and emergency service applications (U.S. Dept. of the Army, 1998; Silverstein, 2006; Smith, 2013; Heath, 2015; Holstein, 2017). Given these facts, FFTI believes that similar technologies are likely being assembled (Maloof, 2012) and/or purchased on a black market by criminal harassment networks, which are using these improvised RF devices to target and harm decent people for criminal gain, or just for sadistic fun in some cases. Thousands of alleged victims of “electronic harassment” are saying so on the Internet.

Did you know about the “organized stalking” crisis in the U.S. and other countries? You may know that Harvey Weinstein contracted private security firms, including Black Cube, to stalk people to suppress allegations that he had sexually harassed and assaulted women (Farrow, 2017). The problem of organized stalking is much more widespread than this. According to a survey conducted by the U.S. Dept. of Justice in 2006, an est. 447,000 adults (out of the total U.S. population at the time) reported being stalked by three or more offenders simultaneously (Baum et al., 2009).

An est. 52,000 people reported being stalked by 10 – 50 offenders in the same bout of stalking. When people who had been stalked by multiple offenders were asked if the stalkers “acted as a team or group”, 41% of survey participants responded “Yes” (U.S. Dept. of Justice, 2006). A former Senior Special Agent-in-Charge of the Los Angeles Field Office of the FBI also wrote an affidavit in 2011, commenting on the widespread prevalence of this problem in the U.S. (Gunderson, 2011). Instances of organized stalking have made it into the mainstream media on occasion (ABC News, 2014; Shlonsky, 2016).

Nevertheless, the police are doing nothing to counteract organized stalking and electronic harassment, mainly because collecting evidence is so difficult for victims and poses such significant challenges for traditional law enforcement. Revised government policies and updated law enforcement practices could help stop these crimes, if only the general public were aware of how widespread and damaging they are to a well functioning democracy and a prosperous economy.

If you don’t want you or your loved ones to become the next victims of these under-recognized crimes, what can you do?
• Share this information with your family, friends, religious organization, healthcare provider, law enforcement, and local, state, and national elected representatives.
• Attend a City Council meeting. Tell the Council Members that you’re aware of these crimes and want local law enforcement to start taking victims’ allegations seriously.
• Write to your City Councilor, Mayor, and Legislative Representatives. Tell them they’ll only get your vote if they start taking action against these growing threats to public safety.

What can targets do to protect themselves?

It´s very difficult to advise targeted individuals on how to acquire peace. All of the frequencies can somehow be blocked or deflected. The pain can be ameliorated if not halted altogether. Writing to congress or state legislators might not be a better alternative because you will be treated as something worthy of the circular basket. They just won´t intervene. Writing to the various agencies won´t help either because they will say there are no laws prohibiting these types of activities. Try to protect yourself to alleviate the pain you´re experiencing. Keep your faculties together and don´t go to psychiatrists, physiologists or doctors because many of them are involved.

Greg: Okay, now, before I get to some more, I want to put out that call for people to call. I got a couple emails. A lot of times Tis don’t want to go public. And they’ve sent me some emails. I want to get to one in a minute. But one question I have for you is, how can people gather evidence to support their beliefs that this is happening to them? Many people will say, well it’s only a lack of sleep. I mean, you have a sleep disorder. Maybe there’s a problem with your joints, I don’t know. It could be anything that the answers are when you suspect you’re being targeted. What kind of evidence do you tell people to gather to support their beliefs that this is actually happening to them.

Julianne: Well, when you’re gathering evidence, obviously you have an objective in mind and that generally is legal. What you want to do with that evidence. There’s really nothing you can do with it. So in the absence of that, the main thing is to try to protect yourself and to alleviate the pain that you’re experiencing. Collecting the evidence, if you were to go to, frankly, I’d strongly recommend that you keep your faculties together and avoid going to see psychiatrists and psychologists, because the pattern that is evolving is that they are highly complicit of these operations.

And if you go to a medical doctor, you do not talk about it because medical doctors, many, are also involved. What you do when you see a doctor is that you define your symptoms and get a very clear statement that, “well, we can’t figure this out”. Well, that’s a clear indication that it is not indigenous, it’s not part of your system. It’s not coming from within you, so obviously something is happening from outside. If they prescribe drugs and yet can’t find the ecology, the basis for your disease, don’t take those drugs.

FAILURE OF "ESTABLISHMENT" SUPPORT SYSTEMS

Those individuals who have tried to resolve their respective situations through resort to "establishment" channels have invariably encountered the following:

* Apathy, indifference and/or professed helplessness on the part of members of Congress and state legislatures.

* Dismissal and/or attempted discrediting by psychiatrists who refuse to exclude the terms, "government harassment, "mind-control experimentation" and "torture" in their vocabulary.

Several individuals, thinking that psychiatrists might help to alleviate the extreme stress associated with their harassment, were accorded 'treatment' which clearly pointed to cooperation between their psychiatrists and members of the U.S. intelligence community. One such psychiatrist, in fact, bragged about being a member of the U.S. Intelligence 'inner circle', informing our contact that her harassment was a 'Pavlovian Experiment’, intended to "break" her.

* Lack of interest, courage and/or competency in legal circles.

Few of those in contact with us have been able to acquire legal assistance - not helped by their straitened financial circumstances. Most have found that few attorneys are willing to risk their careers by pursuing cases involving what is believed to be government-sponsored harassment and experimentation.

A few attorneys reportedly engaged in egregious violation of codes of professional conduct, in what appear to have been deliberate efforts at sabotaging our contacts' cases. Subsequent attempts by two individuals at obtaining legal redress were met with stonewalling, obstruction, and high-level denials of wrongdoing.

* Refusal of mass media to address this topic, except in those cases where suspected experimentees have been driven to the point of committing murder or suicide.

Such cases (particularly where an individual has claimed to be the victim of CIA-directed mind-control involving auditory input) are treated by the press as "curiosities". An example of this is the individual who shot a Navy officer outside the Pentagon in mid-1991 (The Washington Post, June 1, 1991, p. C-1 ["Voices" Led to Tragedy for 1 Man/Pentagon Suspect's Mother Says 'Institutions Should Have Held Son'] and December 14, 1991 p. D-3 ['Suspect in Pentagon Killing Is Found Unfit to Stand Trial"[). He claimed to be a victim of CIA mind control, involving auditory input. According to the press, "he worried 'about being run over by trains'..." (last incident described in following paragraph). He is now permanently residing in a psychiatric facility. He, being institutionalized, and others in the preliminary stages of his predicament are no longer of interest to the media.

Another recent case which received short-lived press attention involved a woman diagnosed as having "suffered from periods of confusion' who climbed over a fence onto a railroad track and walked into an oncoming train. Because the incident occurred in a community in which an unusually large number of these mind-control experiments have been reported, we are looking into the situation. The woman was reportedly 'under a physician's care' because of her 'periods of confusion'. A family member described the physician to this investigator as 'a psychiatrist'. We find that the alleged 'psychiatrist' is a General Practitioner, otherwise non-accredited, practicing out of his home. We find also that the suicide may have been witnessed under peculiarly-timed circumstances by an alleged ‘homeless' person who has since disappeared. Needless to say, our interest has been whetted.

* Refusal and/or inability of local police to intervene.

The tendency of local police is to dismiss an individual's complaints of government harassment as the ravings of a 'fruit-cake". In one case, discussed above, it is apparent that one police officer is actively cooperating in the harassment. Some police agencies, while acknowledging the reality of the situation, hesitate to intervene in cases involving what they believe to be U.S. Intelligence. On a few occasions, certain police officials did attempt to intervene, based on what they perceived to be evidence of a systematic harassment/illegal surveillance campaign. Absent a clear mandate to prosecute 'stalkers’ acting under the aegis of U.S. Intelligence, the police obviously have their hands tied.

* Refusal of the FBI to intervene in any of the cases brought to our attention, thus far.

FBI spokesmen do acknowledge that they have received a large number of requests for assistance from "mentally disturbed persons" who believe that they are being 'zapped by radio waves’ and/or "are hearing voices"..."from Mars, that is."

In one case, an FBI spokesman reacted in an angry, defensive and bizarre fashion when our contact briefly alluded to PROJECT SLAMMER as possibly being related to her surveillance. (PROJECT SLAMMER is a CIA-funded study, managed by CIA and FBI behavioral scientists, which explores the 'mental make-up' of alleged security risks, along with their family members and close associates. Participants in PROJECT SLAMMER include NSA, DIA, and Army, Navy and Air Force Intelligence.)

Until PROJECT SLAMMER was mentioned, the FBI spokesman's approach in this case was to politely and redundantly explain that the law, as currently constructed, prevents the FBI's intervening in this individual's case. When she briefly pointed out that the surveillance activities might fall under the purview of PROJECT SLAMMER, the spokesman's response was to abruptly and angrily declaim, "You don't know who is conducting that surveillance. You don't know if that is a state police surveillance... or a local police surveillance. It could be a totally unrelated operation. You don't know who is conducting that surveillance [etc., etc.]" It was apparent from this response that the FBI was at least acknowledging the existence of a surveillance, if in somewhat emotional fashion. The individual in question subsequently furnished acquired evidence to the local police, who made it clear that they are not participants in the surveillance which, based on the evidence, pointedly suggests that our contact is the target.

* Refusal or inability of the ACLU and Amnesty International to intervene.

Both organizations acknowledge receiving many complaints from persons claiming to be the targets of some type of electronic harassment. An ACLU spokeswoman characterized the complainants as appearing to be rational, except in a few cases. The complaints are not being investigated, she said, because of ‘limited resources'. We have to wonder, of course, why the ACLU could recently find resources to defend the rights of prostitutes and the Ku Klux Klan, yet remains incapable of intervening in cases such as we are now pursuing.

Amnesty International recently informed one of our contacts that they could not intervene in her case because their focus is on the U.S. Government's treatment of prison inmates. While incarceration does appear to be one sought-for objective in these harassment/mind-control experiments, we would like to think that protections by such organizations as Amnesty International can be achieved beforehand.

When someone you care about is admitted to a hospital, it’s natural to assume they’ll be cared for — but sadly, that isn’t always the case. And at Western State Hospital, the largest psychiatric facility in Washington state, both patients and employees are suffering inside the cruel, state-run institution. While the left-wing calls for more government involvement in medicine, the conditions at Western State are more than enough to give even the most ardent supporter of socialized medicine pause.
